If NexTech Ads fails to deliver the promised view count or engagement within the stated campaign period, we will issue a full refund or re-run your campaign — whichever you prefer. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
1. Policy Overview
NexTech Ads is committed to delivering the results we promise. Our 7-day money-back guarantee means that if we cannot fulfil the core deliverable of your order (the promised view count or engagement), you are entitled to a full refund or a free campaign re-run.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order date. Requests submitted after this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
This policy applies to all standard packages and custom orders placed through NexTech Ads. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:
- Campaign Not Delivered: Your campaign was not started within 7 days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Under-Delivery: The final delivered view count or engagement is more than 20% below the promised package amount at campaign completion.
- Service Not Provided: NexTech Ads is unable to run a campaign for your video due to technical or platform constraints outside your control.
- Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same order.
- Cancelled Before Start: You request a cancellation before your campaign has started (campaigns not yet launched are eligible for 100% refund).
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Campaign Already Completed: If the full promised view count has been delivered as confirmed by our analytics.
- Campaign In Progress: If a campaign is already more than 50% delivered, a partial refund (pro-rated) may be offered at our discretion.
- Client-Side Changes: If you change or delete the promoted video, make it private, or remove it during the campaign — causing delivery to stop.
- YouTube Policy Actions: If your channel receives a YouTube strike or suspension for reasons unrelated to our service.
- View Drop After Campaign: A natural 5–10% view drop after campaign completion is normal and not grounds for a refund.
- Dissatisfaction with Organic Growth: If campaign views were delivered as promised but your channel's organic growth did not increase as hoped.
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after the campaign has started.
- Content Rejected: If your video was found to violate YouTube's ToS or our content standards after payment (see Terms of Service, Section 3).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email support@nextechads.in with the subject line "Refund Request – Order #[Your Order ID]".
- Step 2: Include your order ID, the YouTube video URL, the reason for your request, and any supporting screenshots.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with our decision.
- Step 4: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Request Review: 1–2 business days after submission
- Approval Notification: Sent via email within 2 business days
- Refund Initiated: Within 2 business days of approval
- Credit Card Refunds: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Refunds: 3–5 business days
- UPI / Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 2–5 business days (at original exchange rate)
6. Alternatives to Refund
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer one of the following alternatives (which you may choose or decline):
- Campaign Re-Run: We re-run your promotion campaign at no additional cost to deliver the remaining views.
- Account Credit: We issue the refund amount as NexTech Ads credit, usable on any future order (valid for 12 months).
- Package Upgrade: We upgrade your next order as compensation at a significant discount.
These alternatives are optional — you always have the right to a full cash refund if eligible.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@nextechads.in before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended during the dispute period.
- Any active campaigns will be paused.
- If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the relevant payment network and pursued through appropriate legal channels.
We have a 98% resolution rate when clients contact us directly — we genuinely want to make things right.
