1. Acceptance of Terms

By using NexTech Ads services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

NexTech Ads reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including where we believe a client's content violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or applicable law.

2. Description of Services

NexTech Ads provides YouTube channel and video promotion services, including but not limited to:

• YouTube video views promotion through Google Ads video campaigns
• Subscriber growth campaigns
• Likes and engagement boosting campaigns
• Channel audit and SEO optimisation consulting
• Custom YouTube promotion packages

All views delivered by NexTech Ads are sourced from real YouTube users through legitimate Google Ads campaigns. We do not use bots, click farms, or any automated traffic methods.

3. Eligibility & Content Standards

To use our services, your YouTube content must:

• Not violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Not contain adult content, hate speech, graphic violence, or illegal material
• Not promote illegal products or services
• Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Not be content that promotes self-harm, terrorism, or dangerous activities

NexTech Ads reserves the right to reject any order for content we deem inappropriate, without obligation to provide a detailed reason.

4. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is required in full before any campaign begins.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, UPI, and select cryptocurrencies.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension.
• Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, available at nextechads.in/refund-policy.

5. Service Delivery

• Campaigns begin within 24 hours of payment confirmation, subject to content review.
• Delivery timelines are estimates; actual delivery may vary ±20% due to platform factors.
• Views are delivered gradually over the campaign period for natural, safe growth.
• Campaign results (view counts, engagement) are measured at campaign completion.
• A small natural drop in views of 5–10% may occur after campaign completion — this is normal.
• NexTech Ads is not responsible for changes to your channel or videos during or after a campaign that may affect results.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent the ownership of the YouTube channel or video being promoted.
• Use our services to promote content that violates any law or YouTube's ToS.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our proprietary campaign methods.
• Share login credentials, campaign dashboards, or reports with unauthorised third parties.
• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent our systems, payment processes, or fraud prevention measures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the NexTech Ads website — including text, graphics, logos, reports, and campaign methodologies — is the exclusive intellectual property of NexTech Ads and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Campaign reports provided to you are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or published.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we guarantee the delivery of the specified number of views, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific subscriber gains beyond what is listed in your package
• Placement in YouTube trending or search results
• Monetization approval (which is determined solely by YouTube)
• Specific increases in revenue, brand deals, or sponsorships
• Continued channel growth after campaign completion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexTech Ads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• YouTube channel strikes, suspensions, or terminations (caused by factors outside our control)
• Changes to YouTube's algorithms, policies, or Terms of Service
• Third-party actions affecting your campaign results

Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, specifically the Information Technology Act 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Consumer Protection Act 2019, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
